i hate zaytuna for being on the same block as me and having such poor quality tasteless food. this place is for the tourists visiting battery park/statue of liberty who dont care about food quality

The Simply Linguini arrived with no basil and no tomatoes. Just plain pasta. Not very good, undercooked.

zaytuna.. zaytuna one of the best gourmet stores i have ever been to.. the food is great, and the costumer service is great, they always do their best to satisfied everyone. i remember i ordered very late, like i about 10 pm i gave them a call for delivery and even though they were already closed they went out of thier way to deliver my night cravings. love ya guys

The delivery man is rude and inappropriate and the food was delivered 1 hour 30 minutes after the order was placed with an estimated delivery time of 30 minutes.

Food was excellent, except the coffee that I ordered and specifically asked for No sugar(or sugar substitute) came with sugar... Everything else was excellent and the pizza was great.

The food is good here, but delivey times are not accurate. I ordered from here and the estimated delivery time was 20-35 min. After waiting over an hour, I called and all that was said was "well, I don't see it here so it must be on its way." Finally showed up an hour and a half later!

They arrived an hour and a half late, hung up on me when I called, and got my order wrong. Maybe it was just a bad night for them, however I will never order from them again.

forgets the basil on the margherita pizza most of the time, even when you remind them to not forget it. have gotten my order wrong more than a few times, and they just don't care.

Took 1 hr to deliver, even though they claimed 15 minutes. Food was luke-warm. Turkey was dry. Not a good experience. Will not order from again.

Ordered Margherita Pizza (Large), delivery was prompt, pizza sauce was very garlic-y (than most other places), and I had a very hard time finding basil on it... But the value for price was decent.

I didn't want cheese but there was no option to de-select cheese on my burger. So, I wrote in the special instructions to ask for the burger without cheese. The burger came with cheese!!!!

They've messed up sandwich's both times I have gotten them from here, once through seamless web and once when I was ACTUALLY there! They competely don't listen to directions/order specifications. I had to tell the guy at the sandwich counter 3 times I wanted 2 different kinds of cheese and extra (I stressed that more than once) and I still ended up with only 1 kind and MAYBE 2 slices. I didn't think a sandwich was hard to ruin....

I had a ham sandwich on the ciabetta bread and really liked the bread. the food came at the expected time. my coworker ordered the create your own salad and had no complaints except the container isn't very salad friendly.

The turkey hummus wrap was spoiled I believe. My girlfriend suffered through half of it and then I tried it and had to spit it out. Most disgusting sandwich I've had in a long time. My salmon was ok, but the grilled vegetables were way overcooked and very mushy.

They didn't have 2 items that I requested, and once my food was delivered my food was horrible. How can you mess up a chicken salad sandwich, I said on toast not burnt crispy bread!

The order came more than an hour and fifteen minutes after I ordered. The sandwiches came on old, dry bread. Even though the menu says lettuce and tomato, none was included. (This happened twice.) One sandwich came on the wrong bread. I will never order from here again. They are sloppy, careless, and not fresh.
